About Me

Jennifer is a full time REALTOR® devoted to meeting the needs of her customers and clients with experienced and professional service. Jennifer has been licensed since 1993 and has 19 years of successful experience as a REALTOR®. Jennifer believes that continuing education is an important factor in order for a real estate professional to represent their clients’ interests. In 2000 she earned the GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and in July 2002 she received her Texas Brokers Real Estate License. In 2006 Jennifer earned the prestigious CRS designation (Council of Residential Specialists). Jennifer has served in various capacities over the years with the Brownwood Board of REALTORS®. From 1999-2002 she served on the Board of Directors and in 2001 she held the office of President of the Board. Jennifer enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry. Meeting and earning the trust of people and helping them sell an existing property, or purchase their first or one of many is her greatest joy. She will help you feel comfortable during the process, try to ease your fears, and maybe have a little fun while you are making important and serious decisions. Jennifer will be able to make your relocation to a new house or the sale of the one you own now a pleasurable and successful transition. Jennifer is proud to be married to Rick Newton ( the local car guy). Rick and Jennifer love living in Brownwood and support community development. They have raised two boys in the Brownwood Independent School District and have a Texas Tech graduate. Both boys now live in the Austin area. Recenlty Jennifer's daughter in law became a licensed Realtor in Austin.  Jennifer and Rick  are active members of Coggin Ave. Baptist Church.
